Collections help you organize your swipe file into logical groups for easy reference.
What are Collections?
Collections are folders within your swipe file. Each saved ad can belong to one collection (or none).
Why Use Collections?

Creating Collections
Method 1: From Swipe File Page
- Click "New Collection" button in header
- Enter collection name
- Add optional description
- Select a color (optional)
- Click Create
Method 2: When Saving an Ad
- During the save dialog
- Click "Create New Collection"
- Enter name and details
- The ad is automatically added

Managing Collections
Edit a Collection
- Hover over collection in sidebar
- Click the edit icon
- Update name, description, or color
- Click Save
Delete a Collection
- Hover over collection in sidebar
- Click the trash icon
- Confirm deletion
Important: Deleting a collection does NOT delete the ads. They become "Uncategorized."
View Collection
- Click collection name in sidebar
- Swipe file filters to show only those ads
- Click "All" to see everything again
Moving Ads Between Collections
Single Ad

Multiple Ads (Bulk Move)
- Enter selection mode (checkbox icon)
- Select multiple ads
- Click Move to Collection in bulk bar
- Choose destination
- All selected ads are moved
Remove from Collection
To make an ad "Uncategorized":
- Three dots menu β Move to Collection
- Select "None" or "Uncategorized"
- Ad is removed from collection but stays in swipe file
