Overview {#overview}

The Bulk Editor lets you select multiple campaigns and apply changes to all of them at once. Instead of editing campaigns one by one, you can pause 20 campaigns, change budgets across 10 ad sets, or activate everything with a single click.

Selecting Campaigns {#selecting-campaigns}

1. Navigate to Campaigns in the sidebar
2. Use the checkbox on each campaign row to select individual campaigns
3. Or click the Select All checkbox in the header to select everything on the current page
4. A floating action bar appears at the bottom showing the count of selected items

Available Bulk Actions {#bulk-actions}

When campaigns are selected, the floating action bar offers:

Each action shows a loading state while processing and displays a success notification when complete.

Bulk Budget Changes {#budget-changes}

The Change Budget action opens a dialog where you can enter a new daily budget amount. This budget will be applied to all selected campaigns simultaneously.

• Enter the budget in your account currency (e.g., INR, USD)
• The change applies immediately to Meta Ads Manager
• Both the AdsMAA database and Meta are updated

Best Practices {#best-practices}

• Review before bulk actions — Double-check your selection before clicking Pause All or Delete
• Start with Pause — When testing, pause campaigns first rather than deleting them
• Use filters first — Filter by status or objective before selecting, so you only affect the right campaigns
• Budget changes are immediate — Changes take effect on Meta within minutes
