One-Click Audit Actions
Fix issues found by the AI audit with a single click — pause wasting campaigns, reduce budgets, and apply recommendations instantly.
Overview {#overview}
When the AI Audit identifies issues with your campaigns — high CPA, wasted spend, audience fatigue, or poor performance — you no longer need to manually go to Meta Ads Manager to fix them. The One-Click Audit Actions feature lets you apply fixes directly from the audit report.
Each audit issue now has a "Fix This" button that executes the recommended action on Meta in real-time.
How It Works {#how-it-works}
- Run an account audit or campaign audit
- Review the issues and recommendations
- Click "Fix This" next to any actionable issue
- AdsMAA applies the fix directly to Meta Ads Manager via your connected integration
- A success notification confirms the change
The system automatically determines the best action based on the issue type and severity:
| Issue Type | Severity | Auto-Action |
|---|---|---|
| Budget waste | Critical | Pause campaign/ad |
| High CPA | High | Reduce budget 50% |
| Creative fatigue | Medium | Reduce budget 30% |
| Performance anomaly | High | Reduce budget 50% |
| Other issues | Any | Pause (safe default) |
Supported Actions {#supported-actions}
| Action | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Pause | Sets the campaign, ad set, or ad to PAUSED on Meta |
| Reduce Budget | Decreases daily budget by a percentage (default 50%) |
| Increase Budget | Increases daily budget for high-performing items (default 20%) |
| Update Targeting | Modifies ad set targeting (geo, age, gender, interests) |
Safety & Rollback {#safety}
- All actions are logged with timestamps and the user who applied them
- Actions require Manager role or above (Analysts cannot apply fixes)
- Changes go through the same Meta API your manual edits would use
- You can always reverse a pause by activating the campaign again
- Budget changes can be adjusted by running the action again or editing in Campaigns
Tip: Start by applying fixes to lower-severity issues to build confidence, then tackle critical issues.
