Access and manage all your invoices from the Billing page.
Viewing Invoices
Find your invoices at Billing β Billing History.
Invoice List
Each invoice shows:

Downloading Invoices
Individual Download
- Go to Billing β Billing History
- Find the invoice
- Click the Download icon
- PDF downloads automatically
Bulk Download
For multiple invoices:
- Click Billing Portal button
- Go to Billing History in Razorpay
- Select invoices to download
- Click Download selected

Downloaded PDFs include:
- Full company header
- Detailed line items
- Tax information
- Payment method used
- Invoice and receipt numbers

Failed Payments
What happens when payment fails:
Automatic Retry
| Attempt | Timing |

| 1st retry | 1 day after failure |
| 2nd retry | 3 days after failure |
| 3rd retry | 5 days after failure |
Manual Retry
- Go to Billing Portal
- Click on the failed invoice
- Click Pay Now
- Enter new payment method if needed
Failed Payment Notifications

| Day 3 | Email: Update payment method |

Tax Information
Adding Tax ID
- Go to Billing Portal
- Click Update information
- Add VAT/GST number
- Tax ID appears on future invoices

Every invoice PDF serves as a receipt once paid. The PDF shows payment confirmation, method used, and receipt number.
Can I change my billing address?
Yes, go to Billing Portal β Update information. Changes apply to future invoices. Past invoices cannot be modified.
