Manage your payment methods securely through the Razorpay Billing Portal.

Supported Payment Methods

Adding a Card

First-Time Setup

During checkout:

1. Enter card number
2. Add expiry date (MM/YY)
3. Enter CVC code
4. Add billing address
5. Complete purchase

Adding Additional Card

1. Click Billing Portal button
2. Select Payment methods
3. Click Add payment method
4. Enter new card details
5. Click Add

Updating Payment Method

Replace Existing Card

1. Go to Billing Portal
2. Click Payment methods
3. Click Add payment method
4. Enter new card details
5. Set as default
6. Remove old card (optional)

Update Expiry Date

Cards with updated expiry:

1. Your bank may auto-update through Razorpay
2. Or add the card again with new expiry
3. Old card entry updates automatically

Default Payment Method

Your default payment method is charged for:

• Subscription renewals
• Plan upgrades
• Overage charges (if applicable)

Setting Default

1. Go to Billing Portal
2. Click Payment methods
3. Click ... on desired card
4. Select Make default

Multiple Cards

Keep multiple cards for:

• Backup if primary fails
• Different cards for different purposes
• Team expense management

If you see "Update payment method":

1. Your card may have expired
2. Or payment failed multiple times
3. Add a new card to continue service
